Where do you ship from?
Most of our items are made-to-order and ship from our trusted global partners – mainly in the USA, but sometimes from Europe or Asia, depending on your location.
Our vintage items ship from Quebec, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently available to the United States, Canada, and select international regions depending on product type and supplier. If you're outside North America and wondering if we ship to you, feel free to contact us first.

How long does shipping take?

  • Print-on-demand products: usually 5–12 business days depending on destination

  • Vintage items (from Canada): approx. 3–10 business days in North America

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What currency are your prices in?
All our prices are in USD (United States Dollars) to simplify international transactions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

  • Print-on-demand items (books, mugs, t-shirts, etc.) are final sale, as they are custom-made just for you. If there's an issue (defect, misprint, wrong item), let us know and we’ll fix it.

  • Vintage items are also final sale due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued in case of damage, error, or lost orders confirmed by the carrier. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.
